Appointments are managed via EzyVet, our third-party scheduling system. Booking policies, cancellations, and appointment availability are subject to the terms provided within the EzyVet platform.


3. Payment Terms

Payment is required following completion of your appointment or service. We accept standard forms of payment in person at the clinic.


4. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and branding on this site are the property of City Park Vet and may not be reused without permission.


5. Limitation of Liability

City Park Vet makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content on this website. Your use of this site is at your own risk.

7. SMS Terms of Use

By opting in to communications, you will receive messages for upcoming appointments, scheduled services, and general customer care from City Park Veterinary Services.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To resubscribe and opt back in to receive texts from this number, text “START”.

  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance or how to unsubscribe.

  • Liability: Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies, and if you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
